چکیده
Abstract This study aims to determine the feasibility of coagulation flocculation processing using Moringa oleífera seed powder (MOSP) and vertical sub surface flow constructed wetlands (VSSFCW) process leachate landfill (LL). The method used is do a jar test optimum conditions then proceed with VSSFCW processing. In process, were obtained dose 175 mg/L, pH 6.5 speed rapid mixing 100 rpm for 10 minutes. condition able reach percentage COD, turbidity Mn removal 35.27%, 69.48%, 94.83%, respectively. However, effluent value still above Minister Environment regulation standard No. 5/2014 regarding quality wastewater parameters COD that equal 584.19 mg/L 6.98 Mn, while meets 69.83 mg/L. Further VSSFCWs can improve LL resulting from 66.36 mg/L; 4.97 0.12 or efficiencies 88.64%, 92.88% 98.22%. These results at HRT days.

Composting Plant Leachate Treatment by Coagulation-Flocculation Process
This experimental study was conducted to investigate the effect of treatment of composting plant leachate by a coagulation-flocculation process. The effects of different dosages of coagulant and different pH values on the coagulation processes were compared. Ferric chloride and aluminium sulphate (alum) were tested as conventional coagulants. The experimental results show that a 18% removal of ...
متن کاملCoagulation-flocculation as a submerged biological filter pre-treatment with landfill leachate
Landfill leachate may cause environmental problems if it is not properly managed and treated. An appropriate treatment process of landfill leachate often involves a combination of physical, chemical and biological methods to obtain satisfactory results. In this study, coagulation-flocculation was proposed as a pretreatment stage of partially stabilized landfill leachate prior to submerged biolo...

To this aim, MFC were 21 implemented in a pilot plant based on two HSSF CW, one fed with primary settled 22 wastewater (Settler line) and the other fed with the eff...
متن کاملOptimization of Coagulation and Flocculation Process in Wastewater Treatment of the Food Industry: A Laboratory Study
Background and Objectives: Food industry wastewater has a high pollution load, which is due to water consumption at various stages. In the absence of adequate wastewater management and supervision of the food industry, this wastewater can be considered as a source of environmental pollution. This study aimed to optimize the coagulation and flocculation process for the treatment of food industry...
